We're welcoming 2027 in Antarctica aboard Seabourn Venture, and we'd love for you to join us. We'll help you prepare, host optional gatherings, and share the experience with you. Join in as much or as little as you like.

Business class air, included within Seabourn's published fare.

Includes up to $7,000 per person toward round-trip business class flights. If your flights cost less, you pay less. If the flights you choose cost more, I'll show you the difference before anything is ticketed. Your proposal confirms the total.

The cruise and airfare are invoiced separately. The fare remains subject to change until your booking is deposited.

Fares shown are Seabourn's published fares, suites from, per person, double occupancy. The inclusion shown for each sailing applies. When your flights or land arrangements are within the included amount, the complete package totals at or below that fare. Your proposal confirms the total and terms.

How the inclusions work

Seabourn invoices the cruise. Your flights or land program are invoiced separately. Together, the two stay at or under the published fare shown when your selected flights or land arrangements are within the included amount.

If your flights cost less than the included amount, your total is lower. If the flights you prefer cost more, you pay the difference. Your proposal confirms the suite category, availability, payment dates, inclusions, and final package terms before anything is ticketed.

I've sailed to Antarctica with Seabourn, and I help travelers choose and plan these voyages with confidence. I want to understand what you're hoping for and take care of the details that help make it happen.

You'll work directly with me before, during, and after your trip. Because I hold group space on selected Seabourn sailings, I can include your flights or a land experience at no cost above Seabourn's published fare, as long as your arrangements stay within the included amount.

Who will I work with?

You'll work directly with me, Sonny Hastings, before, during, and after you travel.

Do I receive Seabourn's standard inclusions and promotions?

Yes, you receive the standard Seabourn inclusions that apply to your voyage and fare. I'll check which Seabourn promotions and loyalty benefits combine with your fare and explain any that don't before you book. Every booking carries onboard credit.

How does the included airfare work?

Your package includes airfare up to the amount shown for that sailing. Seabourn invoices the cruise. Flights are ticketed separately once airline schedules open, through Seabourn's air program or my air partner, whichever gets the better routing and fare. You approve the routing and fare before anything is ticketed. The two invoices stay at or under the published fare when flights are within the included amount.

What if my flights cost less or more than the included amount?

If they cost less, your total is lower. If more, you pay the difference and I'll show it to you before anything is ticketed.

Can I arrange my own flights?

Yes, let me know and I'll quote the voyage with the arrangements you need.

When are payments due?

Cruise deposit is due at booking, and the balance follows Seabourn's payment schedule. Flights are paid when ticketed, usually about 11 months before departure once schedules open. If ticketed through my air partner, that company's name appears on your statement and I'll tell you before you pay.
